One of the coolest things about music is that we all have our own tastes when it comes to the genres we listen to. Everyone looks for different things when it comes to music. Some examples are when people listen to music for the beat or the lyrics, or people don’t listen for those reasons. I personally am not the biggest fan of country music. In my opinion a lot of it sounds the same. I also don’t really relate with anything that they say because that isn’t my lifestyle. Sure sometimes I will listen to old country I grew up listening to but it is not apart of my everyday listen. I think one thing that a lot of people (including myself) have a hard time with is judging others because they don’t like that genre of music. I think we need to think about that next time someone likes a genre we aren’t fond of to not make a negative comment because it doesn’t really matter. I have a lot of frineds who don’t like listening to rap and rock music. Even though they don’t like the music, they listen along. When someone tells you what kind of music they listen to, take it into consideration and maybe even listen to some of their favorite songs.
